What we are about
Over 20 years ago, I joined Night Out Concert Company in North America. My goal was to work hard and stand true to my belief in the power of music to bring communities together. I've always believed that there is nothing greater than family and when it comes to music, we can create a family of like-minded individuals that extends from city to city and from province to province. This music family is never-ending, just like the universe.
After all the ups and downs,I've found my home in Kelowna and have surrounded myself with the greatest people, whether they are musicians, promoters, or just like-minded individuals who share my love of music. My goal is to bring together people who share this passion and create a sense of community.

If you have any questions that are not answered below feel free to reach out!
Unfortunately breaks do occur. In such an unlikely event, we will do everything we can to keep the customer inconvenience to a minimum. We will provide your group with another bus as quickly as possible.
Each bus can hold up to 46-56 people depending on the type of bus and the destination.
the bus?
Yes, food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. We want you to be comfortable throughout your experience with Concert Caravans. We ask the passengers to be respectful of the clean environment we provide and to kindly ask that you clean up after yourself.
We reserve the right to ask for a cleaning deposit of $ 250.00 if we feel one is needed based on the group and the type of trip the bus is making. The group will be held responsible in event of any damage
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in order to ensure everyone’s comfort. No drinking alcohol on the buses. Non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Non-refundable, but transferable up to 2 hours before the bus leaves the meeting point. We will be happy to accommodate your unique situation the best we can. Contact Chris 250-575-5327.
We have a variety of different packages and types of vehicles to accommodate your budget and needs.
We are based out of Kelowna and we are proud to serve Vernon, Kelowna and West Kelowna area.
Our drivers and staff do as much planning as possible to foresee issues relating to weather, however it is out of our control. We, at Concert Caravan will always put our customers’ safety first and make all decisions with that in mind. We always communicate with our office staff and customer to ensure the right decision is made. We will not travel under any unsafe conditions to which will put our travellers at risk.
